15$ Flat Rate Shipping Policy

For all North American and Europeen deliveries, a flat shipping rate of $15.00 will be applied to all orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders may be shipped via Canada Post Ground Service or through another provider at the discretion of Calimacil. Priority shipping can be purchased upon request at an extra cost. Calimacil may choose to use a different carrier based on delivery rates and location. Calimacil reserves the right to include additional changes for increased shipping costs.

Canada ( 2 weeks )

All orders will be shipped within 5 days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer when the order has shipped.

United-States ( 2-3 Weeks )

All orders will be shipped within 15 days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer when the order has shipped.

Europe ( 3-4 Weeks )

All orders will be shipped within 15 days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer when the order has shipped.

International Shipping Services (US & Europe)

International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all taxes or duties incurred. Calimacil cannot be held liable for these charges, nor can we determine the cost to these charges in advance. Please contact your local customs office for this information. If customs refuses or returns the package for any reason, Calimacil reserves the right to charge you for all subsequent shipping charges.

Fast delivery shipping service 1-5 Days

Faster delivery can be requested prior to ordering. Fees will depend upon the destination. For example, to ship a swords to France within 5 days a 100$CAN charge will be applied. This fee will be charged through PayPal after you have submitted your order the Calimacil’s web site.

Sales Taxe

A 12.875% sales tax will be applied to all items delivered within the province of Quebec. For Canadian resident 5% GST charge is applied. On this site no tax is apply for international custumer (means none-canadian).

On year guarantee returning item

For all returned items cover by the one year guarantee, it is the buyers responsibility to cover any and all transportation costs, as well as all shipping and handling charges to send the item at Calimacil.
